I-81 South to Exit 143 (I-581) at Roanoke, follow I-581 and US 220 South through Roanoke to the Blue Ridge
Parkway, South (14.6 mi) to Adney Gap at Milepost

I-64 West to junction with I-81 near Staunton, VA. Then follow I-81 South to Roanoke.Follow
